Description stevep_bemac 2006-08-03 11:15:58 UTC
Not sure if this is the right topic area, I have tried Jbuilder Importer on a
Jbuilder X project. Everthing imports except you lose all the runtime
configurations, which seems almost impossible to re-create under netbeans,
unless you know all these custom ant task tags. There does not seem a nice GUI
way as in JBuilder to create run time configurations? The original Jbuilder
project, had several run time configurations with there explicit arguments, the
source can run under tomcat, or a standalone application, hence I needed the
run time configs?

Our importer has limited capability. Currently we support import of J2SE
projects only. There is no such featture in J2SE projects in NetBeans to be able
to create individual run profiles. This feature is planned but not ready yet but
as soon as it is ready we will probably plan to support it also in importer. So,
DEFECT -> ENHANCEMENT.

No new features are planned for jbuilder importer.
