http://ide.netbeans.org/ should contain at least some basic information about
modules that belong here - Eclipse and JBuilder importers, since this page is
navigated when user is downloading those modules from UC and wants to know more
information about them (pressing "More" button in UC wizard panel #2)

Why assign this to www ?  It is the IDE project team's responsibility to put
content on that site ... http://www.netbeans.org/community/guidelines/web-guide.html
