The nodes for each test scenario currently appear as simple folders. This is
underwhelming to the user, and obfuscates their real value. Instead, the nodes
should be logical in nature, meaning they should present the test scenarios as
"things" or "units".

At minimum, these nodes should use a different, non-folder icon that represents
a test case. Also, actions on these nodes should be appropriate to a test case
"thing", not to a folder.

Fixed in NB 5.5.
