Netbeans 5.5 dev build 200607190830, entpack 2006/07/21

Open .wsdl file for editing, in the "WSDL" view right click top of the tree item
and choose properties - see property window appear with messages showing not
from localized bundle files, e.g. "Properties", "name", etc.  Please see gif
attached.

fixed this. the prefix names need not be I18N
