FFJ user testing has identified the need for a File > Save as... menu item to
allow the user to save files under a different name and/or in a different
directory.

Ideally, this function should be available for all types of files, not just text
files.  Oftentimes the user would like to back up their work somewhere, or
create a new class by saving an existing class with another file name, and then
making simple edits.
