since build 59 or 60 many toolbar buttons do not show up, seemingly at random.
trying to add or remove them causes all manor of bizarre behaviour, including
bug 8120.

Should already be fixed in CVS trunk, please check next available build.

Let's assume that first release31 build and build 64 fixes the problem with many
buttons still not showing up. At least I tried to fix it. Btw. if you want to
reopen the bug do you really thing it is p1 critical?

toolbars not being created correctly is a pretty critical bug.

right now i'm staring at a screen where my system, edit, and data toolbars are
missing.  much of the time the component palette is missing.  from where i'm
sitting it looks pretty critical...

as per your request, i'll wait for 64 before re-opening it.
