When I make some changes in editor (add or delete) and I save them then Explorer
contains a bad state. These changes aren't propagated to the Explorer.

Fixed in trunk and release31. Note that currently all modifications must be made
via textual edits to the script; if you do so, everything relevant in the
Explorer and Property Sheet ought to now be updated.
