Steps to reproduce:
- create Synchronous sample project
- start AS
- deploy the project
- start debug session
- finish debug session
- undeploy project
Result: Undeploy fails. Project can't be shutdowned and undeployed. Project can
be undeployed only after restarting AS.

No long reproducible, undeployment went fine even the session is not finished.

If you restart the AppServer, you should then be able to shutdown and undeploy 
any projects that were not undeploying before.

Found the problem on bpelse, fixed in coke-beta.

The bug is reproducible now (build 060806_1) with two new scenarios.

I believe the coke build (event the 08_08 build) 's bpelse is an outdated,
please install the latest bpelse  (I checked in the fix on 08/03 in Alaska
coke-beta, but the installer contains the jar built on 07/31). change the status
and waiting for reverification.
