Steps to reproduce:
- cerate a new Synchronous sample process
- compile and deploy it
- set breakpoints in every executable line in source
- start a debug session
- run Test/TestCase0
Result: Test passes and does not stop on any breakpoint.

This was an issue in the milestone16 build when runtime and designtime were not 
in sync. 

This does not occur anymore.

This does not occur anymore, tested in latest build 0802_10
