Build: NB 5.5 Beta2 soa auto build 060721_24 (build 200607190830, Ent.Pack 
2006.07.21)

Steps to reproduce it:
1. Open a wsdl file in Editor window, for example, SynchronousSample_1.wsdl.
2. In the WSDL view, right-click the SynchronoucSample_1 node, select Add > 
Message in the context menu.
3. Select Window > Properties in the main menu to open the Properties window.
4. Select message1 node in the WSDL view.
5. In the Properties window, click the "..." button.
6. "Rename" dialog pops up.
7. The "Rename" dialog will be closed if you click the "Next" button. 
The "Next" button should be renamed to "Finish".

Missed one step in the original description between step 5 and 6:
rename the "message1" to "requestMessage" and click "Ok" button.

If this is already consistent with java refactoring then this issue can be closed.

The UI has changed such that rename by property sheet is now done silently w/o
dialog.  Explicit refactoring rename dialog has the button name 'Next' exactly
like java refactoring.  
Change to WONTFIX.

Verified that it hasn't been fixed.
