5.5 Beta 2 build; jdk 1.5.0_07-b02; Windows XP (it doesn't appear on Mac OS X !)

Steps to reproduce:
1.Start IDE with clear userdir
2.Go to main menu and select View | Toolbars | Customize...
3.Push button New Toolbar...
4.Push OK button (Don't change the name of new toolbar, let it is default "Toolbar")
5.IDE freezes
