expand dbschema, if column is primary key should be marked as primary key but is
displayed as standard column

This is according to the spec I believe, making it an enhancement.

Yes, I believe the user's request hasn't been implemented, so this is still valid. The question is whether we want to
spend more time developing dbschema. I believe not, so tentatively closing.
