NetBeans 5.5 Enterprise Pack installer build 060712
Steps to reproduce:
- Install NetBeans 5.5 Beta
- Start NetBenas 5.5 Enterprise Pack installer
- Accept License
- Deselect Sun Java System Server, Identity and SOA
- Click Next button 3 times
Installer asks about user name, password and other AS specific information.

fixed now it skip such dialogs if AS is not selected
