Realize link can't be redirected from Interface to Node target element on
Deployment diagram or Class diagram.


How to reproduce:
- Create deployment diagram.
- put Component, Interface and Node elements to diagram.
- name them.
- add "realize" link from Component to Interface.
- Try to redirect "realize" link from target element Interface to Node.

Link can't be redirected.

At the same time, if link originally pointed from Component to node, it can be
redirected to Interface and back to Node.

Restoring original priority and using the standard NB waiver process.

Diagram area bugs waived for 6.0 will also be waived for 6.1.

deployment diagram isn't supported now but may be will be supported later.
