If Reply activity indicates a fault (with 'faultName' attribute) then fault 
variable not tranferred successfully.

What do you mean "not tranferred successfully"? 

Do you mean there is a problem with code generation or there is a problem in
runtime?

I meant there is a problem in runtime.
If Reply indicates a fault then we receive only part of fault variable (without 
any data).

Kaktus, can you please attach the BPEL and the WSDL file that was used to 
create the project as well as the input and expected output?

I can't reproduce this bug anymore ... Seems was fixed.
