Coke build milestone 14
From the context menu in the diagram design view choose Apply Design Pattern.
In the following "Design Pattern Apply Wizard" the first screen shows too small
font size regardless of the global --fontsize 16 option for the IDE. That will
make it difficult to see in Asian locales, since e.g. Ja characters are best
viewed starting at 14. Also, this screen should comply with the global
--fontsize option just like all others.

it was originally hardcoded to font size 10, has been corrected a while ago.

fixed in Coco a while ago
