Coke build milestone 14
The customize compartment window (accessibly via context menu of a diagram) uses
small-size font regardless of the general option --fontsize 16 with which the
IDE was started. That is incorrect for 2 reasons: 1. Small fontsize may be very
difficult to view in asian locales, since e.g. chinese characters are best
viewed starting with fontsize 14, and sizes 16 and even 20 are not uncommon.
2. The window must respect the global --fontsize option just like all other
parts of IDE.

This issue has been fixed as a result of another fix.  The Customize dialog no
longer has hardcoded font size.
