Description:
Steps to reproduce:
1.  Create a PortType
2.  Add a request response operation.
3.  Create a Binding.
4.  Assign that PortType to the Binding.
5.  Add the appropriate operation to the Binding.
6.  Right-click the input node under the operation > Add Extension Element
7.  Right-click the output node under the operation > Add Extension Element

Result: 
You will notice the menu options are in different orders.

added sorting. so that the menu order is consistent.
