Description bugbridge 2006-06-27 01:00:33 UTC
Original status: 1-Dispatched; Suggested Status: NEW

Original Target Release: coke_dev; Suggested Target Milestone : 5.5

These items should be added to the Status Whiteboard: MONROVIA
Original submitter: lchang

Description:
Steps to reproduce:
1. In the Test Driver select a Test Case. (or create one if it does not
exist)
2. Select the Input.xml file, right-click
3. Select Check XML

Result: The message when the check is done is "XML Checking Finished"

Expected Result: It would be better if there was a pass/fail, success/fail
type of message to let you know the result of the check rather then just
whether the check was finished or not.

This is not a jbi test driver issue. This problem applies to all xml files.
(Just try the "Check XML" on a WSDL file in BPEL project.) This should be
reported against, probably the xml module.
Comment 2 pchen 2006-09-20 19:21:37 UTC
changed subcomponent from "jbi test driver" to "validation"
Comment 3 Chris Webster 2006-09-20 21:40:12 UTC
This is a generic check action.
