Request:
When creating a test case, it would be nice if the expected output.xml file 
generated a sample template like the input.xml file.  Right now we only fill 
out the output.xml file after the first run.  However, more often than not 
your first run will not be correct if you are working on a more complex 
project, so it does not make sense to use the output from your first run as 
the expected output.

Even if the first run's result might not be correct, it is closer to the correct
output. It's the user's responsibility to manually modify the output.xml based
on the first run's result. I guess what we could do is to alert the user about
the automatic generation of golden output after the first run.

There is no way to generate golden output without the first run.
