Steps to reproduce:
- Create New Web Application targeted WebSphere server instance
- Run it
- RESULT: It would be deployed with "/" context-root. But there is another value set in the Web Application project's properties which should be used instead.

Due to WebSphere`s logic we have no ability to fix this issue.
During WebModule`s creation of EAR wrapper of WebModule it`s context root is 
always set to "/". We have no ability to pass the context root that we want.

So I change the state of this issue to wontfix.

Could you please provide a workaround for this issue to be added to RN?

The workaround is as simple as obvious and as coarse as well, but I can`t 
suggest anything more satisfactory.

Use WebSphere Administrative console to deploy the Web Application with the 
desired context-root and start it at the end of procedure.

Issue based on 5.0, closing. Reopen if its still applicable to NetBeans 6.5.
