In order for other addon packs to properly recognize the IDE that is included in
Java EE Tools bundle.

Changed the UID for the Java EE Tools Bundle to be the same as for Netbeans IDE
Beta 2 and the modified the UID for NetBeans Enetrprise Pack so that it does not
conflict with NetBeans IDE.
