This problems happens to Chinese version of NetBeans 5.0 only. After I created a
new web service and right click in the editor window and choose "Web Service ->
Add Operation", NetBeans hangs. I tried it on multiple machine, the same thing
happened always.

Can I ask you to try to reproduce this in latest build of 5.5? Or at least
attach thread dump to this issue (see
http://qa.netbeans.org/bugzilla/generating-thread-dumps.html for how to get it),
please.

as a part of i18n testing i tried fiddle with web services quite a lot,
at least for me it works just fine

Again this only happens to Chinese version of NetBeans 5.0. I tried it in
English version of NetBeans 5.0, and it worked ok. Could not do it in 5.5,
because there is no Chinese version of that. Sorry, I could not get the thread
dumps to you because I've uninstalled it.

The issue was likely fixed by different implementation of Add WS Operation
dialog in Netbeans 5.5. If there is still the problem, please, kindly, reopen
the issue.
