Description:
uml drop 2136

adding region column or row to the Composition State element does not show the
1st one on project tree until a refresh but shows the 2nd and so on

Description (Entry 2):
This happens if the composite state element node is expanded in the project tree
before creating regions. If the element node is not expanded to create regions,
all regions are displaying.

minor issue can't be addressed in 7.0 and next
