I have entered a bug #7816 a few weeks ago.
It has guite long summary. But how's carre about it?
It was possible to entry, so I did it.
(BTW:
But what is too long?
Could you tell me where it is described? I guess it isn't.
And if it's...Its link isn't placed (highlited) well.
Shouldn't be there some restriction in this summary field?!?)

and then comapere to 2nd version of this bug's summary.

I have been also noticed when I entered this bug first time
and 2nd  time when the bug Assigned to was change.
But in the 2nd time the field summary was badly modified.

1.time it was it:

It isn't fair!

Internal Collabnet issue SC45.

We need to ascertain if this issue exists with long summary lines or not at all
in the new instantiation.

Tested on issue 16788.  No Bunglement at the moment.  This was either
a one-time issue, or went away in an upgrade.
