- Create "C/C++ Application" project
- Select "Important Files|Makefile" node
- Call context menu and select "Properties" item
==> "Name" property can be changed (should be disabled)

I don't think we really can protect the user from doing damage to the project if
he manipulates the project files. He can rename, delete, or move the files, and
the project may or may not work depending on what he did. It would be very
difficult to protect against.
