Description unicode 2006-06-11 05:42:57 UTC
While creating a new JSP page using the wizard it puts a .jsp to the name with
the assumtion that the name has no extention to it. This results in a JSP that
has xxx.jsp.jsp as a name if someone created a page with xxx.jsp as a name.

The behavior is consistent with other wizards (HTML, tag, TLD, ...). Also warning message is shown to the user that the
file name may not be correct.
