To reproduce the bug:
- create a Java App;
- in Projects, right-click JavaApplication choose New > File/Folder;
- in the New XML Schema dialog, Name & Location pane (notice that Folder is not
defaulted  to "src")
Either remove this option from JavaApplication or make sure it's consistent with
creating XML schema from Source Packages.
