In Schema View, adding import/include opens up a second pane where Apply and
Reset are locatied.  Clicking on Select opens up a third pane where selections
are made. Now go back to previous pane to click on Apply ==> due to the
separation of the panes, user finds it confusing that Apply in the previous pane
has anything to do with the selections in the subsequent pane.

Inline (column) customizer are removed.
