I talked to Nitya and found out currently Disable/Enable/Undeploy APIs are in
appserverbridge module, if we can make them available in the appserver module
then we can call them in our automated tests. Same thing apply to unregister the
resource APIs

Following are the list of APIs if we can make them available in the appserver
module:

Disable App 
Enable App 
Undeploy App 
Unregister resources APIs
