In the section Debugging Applets and Applications>
Running Your Program In the Debugger>
Starting a Debugging Session there are following problems:

* The menu item in the Debug menu is not called Start Debugging but it is
  called Start Debugger
* The breakpoint is not highlighted in magenta - it is red and when the debugger
  is stopped on it then the current line is blue.
* There is a wrong link Examining the State of Your Program.
