Perhaps this is my confusion, but on the web site I found it very difficult
to find where to download the .nbm from for innertester.nbm

For API support there is a link from the module home page.

By the way, very useful module...thanks.

Proper presentation of experimental modules, NBMs, updates, etc. is in the
works, I know it is somewhat confusing now.

There is no direct link to innertesters.nbm currently published, but in NetBeans
development builds it is made available through the Update Center so you can get
it that way.
