Using NetBeans 5.5preview on MacOSX 10.4 Tiger on PPC an IndexOutOfBoundsException occurs on 
choosing "New Project". 

Using MacOSX 10.4.6 and Java 5 Release 1 (1.5.0_06). NetBeans was installed in "/Applications", not in the 
default location.

The defect is repeatable. The defect occurs whether you invoke new project using either the menuitem or 
the toolbar button. Dismissing the error dialog, closing the new project dialog and choosing the new 
project option again does not cause the exception to repeat. Also opening the About window before 
choosing "New Project" also did show the defect.

verified duplicate, this is fixed in post beta2 builds of 5.5
