After action add into jar file you can add new jar filesystem into Repository
after clicking to button Create jar file. It can mount many jar filesystem.

Solution:
If this jar is mounted it doesn't mount this jar again.

some additional info needed (version of IDE etc.)
I'm unable to reproduce it in [Boston1099], in [netbeans27] the bug has
different behaviour - see bug #7666

this bug is valid under special conditions -> reopened

this bug occurs only when you type to jar archive textfield only filename
(withou further path)
