It would be very usefull if all of the generic Netbeans modules associated with
CDC development could be available for all Netbeans platforms - ie Solaris and
Linux, as well as Windows. Even if an emulator is not (yet) available for
Solaris and Linux, it would enable developers to compile and package CDC
applications and then deploy them onto devices for test etc.

We do a lot of CDC development on Netbeans Linux and having to compile and
package the applications by hand for deployment is a real headache!
