Description susanh 2006-04-12 13:24:44 UTC
Max Buffer Size and Inactivity Timeout in Messaging tab -> Reliable Messaging

ACTION: Enter more than 8 digits in either of the text boxes.

Result: Correctly receive error on status line but could we limit the size of
the field please?
Comment 1 Martin Grebac 2006-04-14 19:21:04 UTC
The inline error is more consistent with other xml editors.
Comment 2 susanh 2006-05-03 16:17:52 UTC
No, I actually mean the size of the fields not the size of the inline error.
Comment 3 Martin Grebac 2006-12-08 10:56:54 UTC
In v2.8 the entry value is limited to 8 characters (only the first 8 characters
are taken as valid) so I consider this fixed. I don't want to limit the field as
such completely, because then it's always inconvenient to edit the values in there.
