About one in 5 times I try to create a new project, I go through the wizard and *poof* no project is 
created, and it is not added to the Project browser. The Project folder IS created, and I can then go open it, 
but it is not automatically opened.

Still happening, no resolution.

Does the IDE throw any exception? Is some exception logged in the IDE log?
