[build 20060222]
Steps:
1) create J2SE project and add persistence unit in ti
2) open persistence.xml file in XML view
3) go to line above <properties> element
4) write < and </persistence-unit> elemnt is suddenly added. User can't write
his elemnt. The issue is P1 since a user can't use our XML editor for editing
XMl files.

Resolving as duplicate of already known issue. As a workaround use backspace to
delete completed characters and type desired tag or turn off instant completion
completely in Tools|Options, Advanced Options, Editing|Editor Settings|XML
Editor, Code Completion Instant Substitution.
