Steps:
 - have windows localized to japannise language
 - start nb 5.0
 - download old VCS support from stable autoupdate center (CVS,VSS)
 - open versioning manager
 - list profiles
Vss profile is there listed twice:
%jap% VSS - Localized%jap%
%jap% VSS %jap%

I would expect only one localized profile %jap% VSS %jap% there.
(functionality of both profiles is same)

This is as designed. One profile is for English VSS and one for Japanese VSS.
We do not know which VSS happens the user to have installed.
