Create an action in a module and then safely delete it. You will be left with
unused ordering attributes in a subfolder of Menu. They should probably be
deleted too.

Not sure if this should be handled in apisupport/refactoring or as part of
WritableXMLFileSystem. If you think the latter, change subcomponent to project
and reassign to me.

Not into 7.0 or next release. Feel free to reopen if more important than it seems.
