This Bugzilla instance is a read-only archive of historic NetBeans bug reports. To report a bug in NetBeans please follow the project's instructions for reporting issues.
Every time I build my Java applet I have to manually copy it to the directory where my web server requires it to be - which is a pain and easy to forget. It would be great if Netbeans had a facility to add arbitrary commands that could be executed post-build, or at least a facility to specify exactly where to place the final .jar file.
This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue. Thanks for your cooperation, NetBeans IDE 8.2 Release Boss
