It would be great if there was an option to create a new language version of a
resource bundle (e.g. messages.properties -> messages_NL.properties).

Use Case:
Select an already available messages.properties, right click on it and select
the new option: Create language specific version. You then get a list of
languages and you can select one or more. The click 'generate' and for each of
the selected langugaes a messages_XX.properties is created based on the selected
bundle. Common literals etc are already provided when the appear in the
messages.properties file (e.g. when there is a value CANCEL=Cancel, then the
messages_NL.properties would have CANCEL=Annuleren).
