The generated master.jnlp file for a suite contains line 
 
${jnlp.resources} 
 
which makes the file invalid. As the DTD does not allow text at this position. 
Possible solution is to change the line to  
 
<!--${jnlp.resources}--> 
 
and modify the script to handle both, the commented and the uncommented 
version.

The slight reason why this may not be important for a while is that there is 
seems to be no downloadable DTD for the jnlp files. It seems to only be 
published in the spec's PDF. The bugparade of 4404764 contains said details 
about this...
