Found in the private build from javaee5 branch

1. start nb
2. add an application server (i used jboss)
3. create ejb module
=> first problem is in the j2ee version combo box -> there is no choice, then if
click on finish button the exception is thrown and the ejb module is not created

this is because J2EE 1.4 was temporarilly disabled, added back by Martin Adamek
in anelOptionsVisual r.1.11.38.3
