Cursor position in non-xml views of web.xml should be reflected in cursor
position  after switching to xml view. This will fasten control of current
changes in xml view.

Is this really a P3, "highy visible usability problem"? I would downgrade this 
to P4.

Setting TM to dev as it is unlikely that this would make it to 5.5. Also, this 
applies to other multiview editors as well.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
