In 'Advanced options' in IDE configuration -> Web Browsers can't rename any 
item. When I rename any Item it has still the same name. But when I open rename 
dialog in it is new name.

Decreasing priority - the user is unlikely to need this functionality. Feel free to restore if you object

This is obsoleted now, the options is now replaced.
