My last two emails to <dev@openide.netbeans.org> were rejected after being in the queue for about 5 hours.

Karthik, your test msg came in at 01:42 CET. As of 04:37 CET I am still seeing this kind of bounce : Hi. This is the qmail-send program at rocko.futurequest.net. I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses. This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out. <nbdocs_feedback@usersguide.netbeans.org>: Sorry, I wasn't able to establish an SMTP connection. (#4.4.1) I'm not going to try again; this message has been in the queue too long. Upping priority. This is probably related to the already open P1 mail delay issue 71538.
PS I have attached a failure notice (the one from 04:37 CET which I quoted above) to issue 71538; there are also several delayed delivery notices attached there. Feel free to close this as a dup if you beleive it is.
