I'm not an UI expert, but delete project dialog  seems too large
for me on Win XP (vertically - there's too much blank space under "also delete
.... sources") In contrast to this, buttons are quite small.

That is place for progress bar which will appear after you click yes (didn't
realize it first time we talked about it). Looks little strange at first sight
however.

Might look strange, but it's better than having small dialog that would resize to fit progress bar. Closing as won't fix.
