Might be nice to have a wiz to add an editor hints provider to an NBM project.
But needs to be clarified how stable this SPI is, and whether it is feasible to
do anything interesting for Java source files.

Well, I think that it would be nice to have a wizard to create editor hints
provider for a given mime-type (Java and non-Java) (meaning: generating Java
source stub, registration in the layer, etc.)

But, currently the API is not stable and most probably will be changed
(incompatibly and non-trivialy) in future version(s), so I think that it is not
a good idea to start with such a wizard now.
