It will be great to: 
 - select file in Project/File/Favoriets view
 - select file in Shared part of collab
 - Context menu of both nodes should have Tools->Diff item

Currently it's very strange... I have to drag shared file back and it's created
with _1.java name, then I use tool to see all diffs... It's P2 for me.

Reassigning to issues@collab. Collab Support plugin is not actively maintained.

Obsoleted in 6.7 by the newly introduced integration with Project Kenai, a
collaborative environment for developers to host their open-source projects,
which includes also a chat service.
